Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn clothing or accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it to our physical store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
